| This post is for all you Grey's Anatomy enthusiasts out there. (I just watched the last month so bear with some of this being behind). I think I'm an Addison Sheppard. She was so focused on certain goals and dreams that she put others on the back burner only to find out they'd been there too long and those dreams weren't a possibility anymore. I wonder if I did this? I was so focused for so long on my education and becoming and RD. I just wonder if I missed out on some of my other dreams? Would I be just as happy without the degrees but fulfilling all my other dreams? Just ideas rolling around in my head. | | |
| So I'm trying to decide what exactly has been so monumental in my life to post on here. Life is just life right now. I am preparing for Africa but other than that come and go from work each day. Yesterday I went to the Pennacles with Jen. It was such a gorgeous day!!! I decided I miss hiking. As kids we used to go to Colorado almost every summer and go hiking around the Rockies. I love to commune with nature and yet life seems to have no room for it. It's in nature that I really feel God and yet I work 40 hours a week in a room with no windows. I don't know how it got to this way but I don't know how I feel about it. | | |

| Okay so in previous posts I've ranted about the "mouse" living in my laundry room. Today my parents were passing through town and a distinctively dead smell was coming from my laundry room. Problem, I can't pull my washer/dryer combo or refrigerator out by myself. So, I bribed my dad to help me. Come to find out I had a living thing in my dryer vent. It had nested in the tubing that runs from my dryer to outside so much that its nest was protruding out of the tube about a foot in diameter. Needless to say the tube and nesting material are in the trash now. However I continue to hear noises coming from my laundry room. So I see three options. It is either trying to get back in to it's now gone home, I haven't gotten rid of the pet only it's home, or I had multiple pets. I'm just ready for the saga of the laundry room to close. However it did give me a great idea for a kids story book about a mouse that lives under a dryer. I think it could be really cute. Maybe I'll have to work on that. ; ) | | |
